Monitoring

IDDEA have an extremely comprehensive monitoring solution. Data is gathered from the inverters, a calibrated pyranometer and the generation meter in order to prove performance over a period of time. This data is analysed daily; errors, faults and discrepancies are automatically detected and work ‘tickets’ are generated. A team of full time data analysts are used to sifting through detailed data from solar farms and will quickly be able to spot under-performing components and usually be able to diagnose issues before an engineer even visits site.

 



 




Operations Services

This is where the performance forecasting and performance modelling is done.

IDDEA put together a comprehensive ‘Scope of Work’ which is a regime of planned testing of components and servicing of consumable items such as transformer oil. Each ‘Scope of Work’ is specifically designed with each customer.

IDDEA will ensure that the site complies, and continues to comply with, all relevant regulations and Health and Safety requirements.

A Service Level Agreement is negotiated with each customer, this will detail;

  • guaranteed response times to breakdowns – generally 6 hours
  • Levels of monitoring
  • Component replacement fees – if any
  • Preferential labour rates
  • Stock holdings
